The Armpit of America...

I recently moved from the beautiful Pacific Northwest to Cleveland, OH. The move was due to a job transfer with my company and I regret it everyday of my life and it has not even snowed yet. I like my house and my neighborhood but it pretty much ends there. The cost of day to day living is far greater than Oregon. I pay more for utilities and food. The only thing cheaper is gas. Also the customer service here is hard to find almost to the point of being non-existant. Whereas in the Northwest the customer service abounded. Driving here is also a treat -- people drive slower but are very rude. No thanks for letting me merge wave and they will practically run you off the road. Theonly thing worth anything in the Mistake by the Lake is the healthcare. The Cleveland Clinic is an outstanding facility with caring and compassionate employees. I just got here and I can't wait to leave...
