Ridiculous City

Whoever wrote the comment entitled "Detroit Is a Beautiful City" is either a liar or a comedian. That may have been the most far reaching crock of BS I have heard in a while. Truth is Detroit tries to use the "Downtown clean up" as a veneer, meanwhile those that live/work there know it is a cesspool. A large amount of its citizens are nothing more than a drain to the state's resources and the city is a giant leech sucking the surrounding communities dry. I have seen 3rd world neighborhoods that are nicer than some in Detroit. The economy is terrible, the crime is unimaginable, and I wouldn't send my dog to the schools. I cannot imagine why anyone would want to live in Detroit for any other reason than perhaps family; and if it's family and you love 'em, get them out too! No other reason. Period.
