Detroit is a great city with a lot of great History and Pride!! From the auto capital of the world to Music we have much to be proud of! For those who have never been here yes we have had our share of hardships! That being said, much of the blanket of despair is in the past!! Downtown has had a great rebirth! From great new restaurants to the incredible Comerica park and Ford field! The nightlife also heats up with some pretty impressive Casino's including Greektown, Motor City, and MGM Grand!!! New river walk and development show no signs of slowing down!! Yes Detroit's neighborhoods need some work. Crime is still high in some areas, but overall it is a place to be!! You have to come see for yourself!!!
