Do any of you live in Detroit?

I have lived in Detroit for the past 2 years and have found it to be very different than most people believe. Diverse, friendly folks, great sports teams and events, a new restaurant opening every week, and a great spirit of activism throughout the city. Plus it's seated on a beautiful river that you can kayak on in the summer, and is right across from Windsor, Canada.
