Arlington is a great place !

I have been living in Arlington, VA for over 2 years now. It's a great place to live in. The metro system is good, it's only 5 mins away from Washington,DC. The only downside about this city is how expensive everything is. For a single person, you have to make above $70,000 to survive. To be stress-free financially, you need to be making a bit above $100,000. A 1 bedroom apartment in a good neighborhood is around $1,850 a month in average and range from ($1400 to $3000) for 1 bedroom.
Buying a house here is a killer. So, you're better off living in an apartment unless you're willing to spend $700,000 for an Okay house. I nice house will cost you over $2M.
So, housing aside, I think this is a great place to live and it's far better, cleaner and safer than NW Washington DC.
