Review of Fairview CDP (Buncombe County), North Carolina

Perhaps Ideal Climate
Star Rating - 1/8/2013
We have four seasons here, but the heavy emphasis is on spring and fall.

The real heat of summer is usually short lived and because of the altitude, it generally drops significantly after dark to give relief.

The real cold of winter is similarly short and generally it warms up during the day. There is not a significant amount of snowfall in the valleys, and what does occur generally does not linger long enough to be annoying.

The beauty of the natural surroundings is what make it the best place to live.
