1. beautiful city 2. voted # 1 city in the US in 2006 by Money Magazine 3.
very educated city 4. very low crime rate 5. # of nice parks 6. nice place
to raise a family 7. many good stores and shops 8. good job market 8. nice
people 9. people tend to be very fit and healthy
Cons
1. awfully expensive 2. pick wisely where you live unless you enjoy listening to CSU students partying
