Fort Collins - Pros/Cons

Pros:
1. Low crime rate
2. Low cost of living and housing for the region
3. Affordable place to live
4. Excellent school system
5. Beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains
6. Home to Colorado State University
7. A good place to live and raise a family

Cons:
1. CSU is a big party school
2. Rapid growth

Low crime yes...Low cost of living, and affordable...NOT. Housing, rent, taxes on property is horrible for a tourist town. It shouldnt be this high. Schools are not that great. Weather, and medical is great. Pay is low in this area.
