Why would anyone move to Fresno Ca.

Fresno is worse than some 3rd world countries. If you like bad roads, poor police response, homeless people, and graffiti then by all means move to Fresno. We boast of only having fewer than 10,000 gang members, about 25% of the population is illegal and if you don't speak Spanish you are at a major disadvantage.

poor police response? than why does fresno rank lower in violent crime than a lot of the other big cities in the state. Sacramento, SF, Oakland, LA all have higher and more violent crime per 100K people.
