Elgin improving

The Elgin area is getting better and better as both the downtown area and the surrounding areas are improving. The town has a world-class symphony, a new multi-million dollar recreation center, an award-winning public library, and a highly underrated public school system. I expect real estate prices to soar in the next few years as people fleeing higher-priced suburbs discover Elgin.
