A mixed bag.

It isn't THAT awful, but it woefully lacks the infrustructure of a city like Phoenix.

It's like Phoenix, but Phoenix is greener, far better managed, a better sense of "community".

There's no reason to live here if you can live in Phoenix, though. Which is why I'm wondering why the hell I'M still here.
