Looking to Move

I have lived in Las Vegas, Nevada nearly all my life. I went to college and graduate school at UNLV and worked in the gaming industry for many years. However, it is time for me to move on.
Las Vegas is known for its hot summers and mild winters. I'd like to find someplace more scenic with four seperate seasons. I would also like to live close to a body of water. While Lake Mead is very close to Las Vegas, it is more of a recreational area. There is also a small ski resort nearby.
