Las Vegas is Tolerant and a City of Rejects

Las Vegas is a very tolerant city and this unfortunately is not a good thing. Maybe the rejects who come here never were given the opportunity to learn how to interact properly with people; maybe they have a criminal record. All in all you are always being victimized on some level. There are no mores or standards. It is best to leave if you are looking for normal people who want a normal life.
