Surprise, the weather in Las Vegas is pretty nice

When I came to Las Vegas I thought the heat would kill me, especially after living in Maine for a long time. What I have found is a surprise, you get used to the heat and it passes fairly soon, leaving beautiful mild fall and winter weather. A great place for hiking and biking.
