Review of Las Vegas, Nevada

Housing
Star Rating - 4/8/2010
A lot of people are buying up foreclosures here, but the real value is in the new homes. The developers are anxious to sell units, especially the ones they have already bulit. We bought our home last year at Rhodes Ranch, on a golf course with amenities for less than what a foreclosure would cost with a lot less hassle and a warranty. Our HOA due are only $120 a month with no SID's.
