Interested in Relocating to Las Vegas Next Year

My wife and I are interested in relocating to Las Vegas, NV, next year. Based on our research, we see that real estate is quite affordable there. If anyone out there is from the Las Vegas area, I'd appreciate your feedback on housing, employment, good vs. bad neighborhoods, etc. Thanks.

Make sure to check out new housing. Most developers are very anxious to make a deal. We bought ours last year for less than a foreclosure, on a golf course with amenities and a warranty. Our HOA dues are only $120 a month at Rhodes Ranch. Good luck. We love it here. CSR
