Decent place to live

If you can stand the 112 degree heat and hot temps from about April-November, you may do well here. Unfortunately the school district is ranked almost last in the US, so if you can afford private school that is another bonus. Other than that Vegas has a low cost of living and offers a decent quality of life. If you love night life this is definitely the place for you. Not alot to do during the day and not alot of culture, but that is changing. Jobs are scarce and the population is overall uneducated; therefore, jobs don't pay well and if you have a degree, you won't get paid for it. There are alot of nice parks, pools, etc. If you are young, with no children or older with no children, Vegas may work for you.
