Today's market in Lexington, Kentucky is still a solid investment. 2007 showed the number of sales were down from 2006 by only 2%. 2006 was an outstanding year. Some neighborhoods are still showing increases in value each year. Our economy is strong and consumers are still buying and selling homes.
