Possibly relocating to Memphis.

I may be relocating to Memphis through my job. I was in Memphis last year for a few days. I didn't get out at all due to my work schedule. Drove through Germantown. Very beautiful. Loved the nicely manicured neighborhoods.

Any suggestions on areas or suburbs for my family. Our office is a few miles east of 240 on 40. I don't mind an hour commute for a nicer neighborhood. We like going to the movies, out to eat, theme parks, good schools and being outside.
