Review of Mesquite, Nevada

Home Cost Mesquite NV
Star Rating - 10/17/2005
Mesquite is a quiet little town with four casinos and golf courses it is a wonderful place to raise children, however there is no real paying jobs here,it has alot of snowbirds due to the beautiful year round climate, almost no crime and is very safe. The bad side of Mesquite is its over priced housing, home and condo prices here are virtually unobtainable if you work for a living. What has happened to Mesquite and Las Vegas is the population growth from people moving from California to Nevada and they sell there homes in CA for ridiculous amounts and then move to Nevada and buy cheaper homes and have plenty of pocket money left, but this has drawn the cost of homes up in Nevada so us working class can't afford to live the american dream of home ownership. thanks California!
