Beautiful weather almost all year round (except for a hurricane every now and then). If you don't mind a very high crime rate, terrible schools, english being the SECOND language, over inflated housing and rent, some of the worst traffic (and drivers)in the country, and a goverment that rivals just about any "banana republic" regime; then my friends this is the place for you. So get yourself a "mojito" and pull up a chair next to the pool and enjoy the sun (because that's about all there is to enjoy down here!)
