When you speak of Miami,you have to also include the city of Pembroke Pines. These are Spanish territories. Homes are outrageous!! New graduates and young couples should think hard and fast about trying to survive in these areas. Middle and High public schools are crowded. Yes traffic is crazy. I am now trying to find my way out of this state.
