Miami is HOT. Yes we get Hurricanes, cost of living is on the high side and there are a lot of languages spoken.
If you like normal or simple this is not for you. If you like and are up for the challenge of an international flavor, nice weather, a beautiful city and people, lots of outdoors, What are you waiting? Miami is a city going thru growing pains in steroids, and is best for people with the energy to deal with it. Infrastructure is the best, if not the best in the country, almost everything is new, Highways, Ports, Airports, ect. If you like to travel the airport is close and with direct connections to mayors cities around the world north, south, east or west of the border. If you don´t like to fly take the train or a cruise. With the downturn on the housing market no better time to buy a world class address before they go back up, way up. Sports? wish one you like, we have them all except snow related, for those we just fly in for the fun not the work. Beach? the best in the country(more than one). Air? really clean. Is understandable that even for long time locals is a bit overwhelming, this is not the city is use to be. Is becoming a true world city.
I think what happen to friend while in vacation in London tell the view of the world. In a Club someone ask him were was he from, he answer Miami, the guy said ¨What the h are you doing here?¨
