Despicable Place!!!

I've been here for years and years - too, too long! The place is hot and humid, to the point it's sticky! You have to have your AC running 24/7.
You have to wait in line with foreigners, who are now running the city. They speak Spanish and they approach you in Spanish and will NOT speak English despite the fact they're in the US. Basically because they don't have to. You are the foreigner in this town!.
They come from all different countries: Cuba, Coloumbia, Venezuela, Peru, Nicaragua, Mexico, etc (Sorry if I left anyone out!) They operate under the rules of their former country - rules like common courtesy rules, traffic rules and the rules that run a civilized society. These Miamians create the traffic jams and most traffic infractions and major accidents on our highways, causing delays that set you behind for hours!.
The cost of housing is outrageous so these individuals buy in groups, getting family members to apply with them, or they find unscrupulous Mortgage people to make up information so they can qualify to purchase a home.
The place is totally corrupt from the politicians who BRIBE is their middle name to the police.
Jobs: There are none! You need to work for the Mom and Pop Hispanic businesses that install tile, windows, are in construction, Plumbing or some other sort of Home-Service related field.
The level of intellect is below ameba and they scorn you if you have a degree from a reputable institution, because it's not about brains, it's about braun and how savvy you are, where you can screw the next guy and get away with it.
It's about how street-smart you are and how much you can steel and cheat your way through the corrupt system. It's the citizens trying to outwit the corrupt politicians.
Oh, and the radio and television programming is not something that will uplift you, it will sink you to depression, a black hole, when you can understand it.
Most of the channels are in Spanish, be it Radio or TV. The topic they discuss in the Media is Cuba and when Bush will help in the cause!
So if this is the type of place you are looking for, I invite you to come and Knock Yourself Out! As for me, I'm getting the Heck out of here and going back to the United States of America!!!!
