The central valley has its ups and downs. We have excellent agribusinesses and all of the comforts of a large city (malls, restaurants, etc.) but lack good weather and a safe environment. Gangs and crime are way up, yet, we are close to Yosemite, Tahoe, Sacramento, San Francisco, and the ocean.
