I live in Tulsa, OK where it is a medium-sized city with a stagnant econonmy. However, the downtown is being revitalized -- A San Franciscan bought 11 building totaling nearly 100 Million dollars, and is putting in cafes, art galleries, studios, and other arts and cultural centers.
