Customer Service

Anyone who complains about customer service in NYC should be required to work a retail for a living here for at least two months. Cashier, behind any type of counter, driving a cab, ANYTHING that involves dealing with the public. You'll get past your overly-sensitive attitude in a hurry. The .02 seconds you spend being nice will create a space for someone else to cut ahead of you, for people to get upset at waiting for you, or a moment for things to go wrong and delay you from getting your job done. Which, of course, will be your fault.
