Seems housing all over the country is out of control, but try living in FL. where rents and mortgages ( in a nice,clean,safe place)is expensive as well and the wages are the lowest in the nation(w/degree)(low skill job market), you must own a car, avg nite life, being single sucks, less than avg. arts and ent., literacy rate super low, traffic is horrible for a small city, and education is an embarrassment, dont forget about the hurrricans. A lot of NYers here are looking forward to moving back north I dont think I want to live in NY but I,m getting the hell outta Tampa, FL!!!!!!
