Review of Phoenix, Arizona

HOT! HOT! HOT!
Star Rating - 9/18/2007
If you like outdoor activity you won't be able to go outside during the summer....from may-september. Yep, our summer is five months long and an unbearable 110+ degrees daily-dry heat like your in an oven (or hell). The night time is barely tolerable @ 90-100 degrees. The rest of the year the weather is beautiful, especially if you like to wear shorts to your Christmas parties! Have fun...I'm outta here!

Really? you can't go outside from May-September? Why, are you made of wax? You're not a real person? I'm sorry. That must really suck. We spend a great deal of time in AZ. Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sedona, Apache Junction, Cave Creek, Prescott, Page, Oracle, and more. However, we always spend at least a few weeks in the summer in the valley. Most recently from the 15th of August to the 30th. We spent a great deal of time outside. We went site seeing, we went to the range, golfing, shopping in Old Scottsdale and Cave Creek, during the day, went to Tucson and visited the Botanical Gardens and a few other places, went on a Trolley ride for several hours, walking down main street for the day, etc. We didn't die, or melt, or anything. My husband is 1 year post quadruple bypass and I've got medical issues, but we stay hydrated and we stay healthy. We don't live in the desert, so we aren't as used to it as someone that lives there year round, so I am wondering what it is that keeps you in almost half of the year?
