I would give San Diego an overall 7 rating at best given the average of all categories.
Weather - Temp. 8, humidity, 7, clearity 1
Crime - 2
Traffic - 7 Not bad for a large city
Cost of living - 1 1/2 times the national average
Jobs - 8 A lot of $10/hour jobs
Access to beaches - 9 during the week
People - 8 better than most big cities, not to rude on the roads
Churches - 10 Can find the best of churches
Activities - 9 Many things to do, a bit pricey
General Safety - 6 - 9 during the day, 4 at night, much worse in some areas
