The review by Simran is the complete opposite of what I experienced in San Diego. I've never met so many people from so many different backgrounds. The cultural diversity is BEAUTIFUL. I have friends there who were African American, Hispanic, Latino, Philippino (did I spell that right??), Asian, Arab, Egyptian, British, Polish...I could go on and on. It was great and guess what? They all treated me like I was a human, not a race. Where ever Simran was, perhaps in a drug induced stupor, he was probably a racist himself... I can't imagine a place more accepting of so many people. I miss it terribly. Why did I leave? I missed snow...bummer... =)
