It is a wonderful outdoors place to live, because you can be outdoors every day of the year--that means you can go cycling, swimming, running, golfing all 12 months of the year. And if, during the winter, you want to go skiing, the slopes are only several hours away. During the hottest months of the year (Aug-Oct), it rarely is more than 80 degrees.
