Housing prices have dropped dramatically in San Diego County in the last two years. However, entry level homes $200k - $400k are currently under significant upside pressure. Foreclosures, BO, and short sales are seeing 10 or more buyers often offering $100k over the listed price. Higher end homes are just starting to hit the foreclosure market as unemployment and under-employment continue to rise.
