San Diego climate

I am sure the general impression most people have about Southern California is that it is sunny for most of the year. And San Diego is one of SoCal's most beautiful city. Blue skies abound for most part of the year, and the downtown San Diego skyline is comparable as far as beauty goes with that of Manhattan, albeit smaller.
My husband and I have lived in San Diego for five years now. For the past two years, the summers have considerably been hotter so much so that it's not fun playing tennis past 10 a.m. anymore, especially if you add humidity in the picture.
Overall, San Diego is a beautiful city, and people come and live her for the climate - for you get spoiled with an almost year-round sunny weather.
