Review of San Jose, California

Mediterranean Climate in Silicon Valley
Star Rating - 5/24/2008
The best comes together in San Jose, capital of "Silicon Valley." The climate is moderate, the ocean is close to the west, and the mountains are close to the east. This is the 10th largest city in the United States with one of the lowest crime rates. We moved here in 1975. Since then the city has grown into a beautiful modern metropolitan area with universities, restaurants, cultural activities, museums, theaters, etc. Not everything is perfect, but it is a city where the strong Chamber of Commerce is working hand-in-hand with other civic groups to continually improve the area as a wonderful place to live and work.
