Great but too expensive

San Jose is a great place to live. It's about 30 minutes from the beach and 5 hours away from the snow. It rains in the winter, but never snows. The summers range from 90-105 with the hottest months being July-September.
San Jose's nice, but it's really expensive to live here. Most house holds require both people to work.
