The City has honored its informal agreement with residents and spends a 1/4 cent sales tax on a specific list of traffic improvements. Construction projects have been completed ahead of schedule and below projected cost. - Primarily because of NOT using the California Transportation (Cal-Trans) department, but using independent contractors instead.
