Town n' Country living. Lots of flea markets. No "rush hour" traffic, it's more like a "rush 15 minutes." Even though there are 5 colleges, it is not a college town. The economy is active 12 months out of the year. Lots of construction, especially apartments. Many senior citizens live in the area. Lots of opportunities for sports fans, for example minor league and fishing.
