St. Petersburg is changing a lot

From an "old folks" city with green benches, St. Petersburg, FL is becoming more artistic, more sophisticated with good restaurants, several museums (including Salvadore Dali), major league baseball, and close to Tampa. Cost of living is also rising. No state income tax but real estate taxes are increasing and insurance is costly (if you can get it after previous hurricanes).
Summers are HOT and MUGGY.
