I've been living in St. Pete for over 3 years now. The transformation is amazing and exciting. In my neighborhood near the south side there is a new hospital under construction, new condos and more. Including the new Tropicana Waterfront Project and a shopping mall where the old stadium stands. Weather, Entertainment and Beautiful Beaches..what's not to love !
