Ft Bend Co is one of the best places live outside of Houston Texas
Some of the reasons:
1. Very strict H.O.A. policy
2. Moderate to High Income Home owners
3. Sugar Land has very strong politcal relationship in Washington D.C.
4. Family orientated shopping, eating out, and many other family activities
5. Crime has increased since 1994
6. At this time do not have to worry about a lot of taxi cabs and public transportation in the area.
