One of the most humid places on earth

I have lived in Texas for most of my life and I hate it. I have traveled to many places and this has got to be the most hot and humid place I have ever been in. The summer time is miserable. The humidity is so thick you could cut it with a knife. The only good thing about TX (in my opinion) is the eceonomy. There are plenty of jobs. I moved to Michigan for a short time and loved it, but due to unforseen circumstances I had to move back to Texas. I am working on opening my own business and am in search of a new place to go. But being a single parent, my finances are low. I'm almost there. I'm thinking about Knoxville, TN. My kids vacationed there this summer with my parents and they loved it. I'm ready to leave TX behind.
