North Texas Booming

North Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding cities) is developing at an incredible pace.
I live just north of Frisco (25 miles north of Dallas) and work in their school district. Last year alone they opened 13 new schools and this year they again opened another 7 schools. The housing starts are very high. They are fervently working to improve the infrastructure to meet the incredible influx of people moving into the area. As of the end of September, the state completed another section of the Dallas Tollway, reaching all the way to US 380. And the growth is particularly exploding along the 380 corridor between McKinney in the east to Denton in the west. In the 2 years I've been here I've come to believe that Texas saying "it wasn't here yesterday".
