Iam new to the state of Texas and the Houston area. I love the greenary and sceinaries while I am driving. Texan drivers have no curtisy for fellow drivers. Giving signals to change the lane/exit means "go ahead and hit me" as they try to speed and pass the signaling car rather than give the "right of way". No wonders the auto accident rate is high in Texas. I may be better off not to signal when changing lane and/or exit any more!
Can the Department of Motor Vehicle place more emphasis on this part of educating the prospective drivers? It may help to decrease auto accident.
