Review of Orange Park, Florida

Oakleaf plantation
Star Rating - 2/20/2016
While it appears nice when you drive through, management of the amenities centers are terrible. You see all these things to do but they are always closed. The pool is only open a few months a year. The tennis courts are cloed. The basket ball court closed. The gym is closed at night. The people working rude and the manager (Jay) impersonable and could clearly careless. The Cdd fees at around $1800 per year for basically nothing. I don't recommend Oakleaf plantation its nice to look at but not worth the extra cost.
