Real estate prices have plummeted and several restaurants have gone out of business. The weather is hot in the summer with occasional breezes from the delta. It gets in the hi 30's to mid 50's in the winter. Clean town. Only 2.5 hrs from Tahoe area and 2 hrs from San Francisco.
