Review of Cary, North Carolina

Plan to move within 3 yrs. and need some informati

I am married w/ 3 children and heard about this town. I am new to all the information I am getting and would like more. I am living in a small town in NJ which has a low crime rate of 1 but we are right next to Trenton with crime rate of 8. We need to move to safe neighborhood with good schools. We don't have alot of money and so we might have to move to a townhome and if so, is this a good place to move?
Any advice or information is appreciated.
