I lived in Yonkers my entire life, close enough to the city with less congestion. Some areas are difficult to access, and you must have a car to get around. There are a lot of cool areas like Ridge Hill, Untermyer Gardens, Downtown Yonkers etc. Very Affordable compared to NYC.
