Review of Nashville-Davidson, Tennessee

What a dump!!
Star Rating - 9/11/2018
I’m originally from LA and I’ve been to dozens of countries and hundreds of cities so I think I’m someone whose opinion should be considered pretty accurate on where Nashville ranks as a city. Nashville is a dump and an extremely overpriced dump. Of all the places I’ve traveled to, Nashville is by far the least sophisticated. The food in Nashville is on par with that of Eastern Europe, and if you’ve ever been to Eastern Europe you know what I’m talking about. Restaurants that get 4 1/2 to 5 stars on Yelp in Nashville, would get 3 stars in coastal cities and would be out of business within a year. The drivers in Nashville are the worst in the country if not the world. All the entertainment is downtown and parking is at least $15 to $20 for the night. Downtown, The Gulch, and Midtown are totally unlivable due to all the bachelorettes screaming in their pedal taverns all night long. Most importantly, 90% of the city is nothing but inbreds, rednecks, and slow southern people who get offended if you are in a hurry to get anything done. Nashville, you are the dump of all dumps

Of course you’re from LA. Everyone from LA thinks LA is the greatest place on Earth. Pfff.

I'm not from LA but I might as well be having spent 20 years there. Can you imagine living in a place with 8 million of these insufferable pricks like the one posting this review. Los Angeles died in the 1990s if it was ever alive in the first place, and it's been since inhabited by these horrific hipsters that are not happy with a plate of food unless it's had fairy dust sprinkled on top by some chef named Pierre. I've lived in Nashville for year and loved every minute of it. The people for the most part in Nashville and the surrounding communities in particular are the most polite and decent people that I've run into in the country. Gregarious outgoing personalities, fun and decent. I apply none of these to just about anyone who I've ever met in Los Angeles. You wonder why guys like this ever leave there. In this fool's paradise you will you'll find virtually no one speaking English as their first language, polluted beaches, unbreathable air and traffic that is beyond description it will make anything Nashville has to throw at it look like a parking lot in comparison. I rarely met anyone truly nice out there that was not self absorbed and narcissistic. People can be like this everywhere but it's taken to a new level in that hellhole Los Angeles. Don't listen to this guy.

@Edmund. You are a racist! When people say "Non one speaks english there" it makes me laugh because California and Texas where Mexican territories once that became U.S states after war and treaties.

The above is typical of bigoted comments from ppl having a prejudice against southern locales, but the joke is on them considering southern boomtowns like Nashville and Charlotte are made up of 50% transplants from other regions of the country.

You are a fÜck1ng 1d1ot and obviously haven't been to that many countries, or New York City for that matter, to think Nashville has the worst drivers in the world. Try Bangladesh, b1tch! Go back to LA. Also, we love our bachelorettes!

Mentioning LA or California sets people off in the South like pulling a red flag out in front of a bull. Prepare to get berated and kicked in the head a few times. They don't like people commenting on their southern simplicities or marshmallow peep lifestyle. But you're in if you can embrace their WASPy good ole boy culture and throwback to the aesthetics of the golden Antebellum era, enshrined on their blessed hearts forever.

I mean, it doesn't appeal to their Southern sympathies/sensitivities. Better watch out, they'll sic Franklin Graham or Jerry Falwell on you.

You sound like a pompous idiot. Why would you possibly live in a place you despise. You clearly have a distorted view of LA but it sounds like you love it so do us all a favor and get on the next plane back.

Originally from LA. All that needs to be said. Just go back to California. Southerners don’t want low life’s like you here
Rick | San Diego, CA | Report Abuse

Wow don't you sound like a stereotypical ignoramus from LA. God forbid you ever lower yourself to speak to someone with a southern accent who knows how to work with his (or her) hands. A rich, daddy's money yuppy is all you are. Go back to California where you belong. No one else wants you.
