If you are reading this, then do not buy into what some AI robotic paragraph of text says from Google.
Here it is from a real person, a real ex-citizen. If you Google "Ukiah reviews", for the most part, you will see that it is no place for anyone that wishes for a good quality of life. But, here is what Google preview says, and then here is the truth.
Google: "Ukiah is known for its nature and vineyards".
NO, IT IS NOT. It’s known for marijuana, and illegal cartels with more weapons than the police, and the crime that is associated with pot grows, and the theft of water, and degradation of forest land, water sources and the like. And horrible crime. Nature and vineyards? Who makes this stuff up??
Google says, “so if that is something that you and your family, friends, or significant other enjoy, stay a while”.
Do you like crime? Do you like when most of the people driving on the road past midnite are drunk, stoned, on meth, or heroin, or coke? Look at the crime reports. Google’s quick review is full of it. Full of misdirected, misguided BS.
Google says, “You will not regret your visit and will have a nice time checking out these top five things to do in Ukiah, California - it's museums and vineyards as far as the eye can see”.
I say, museums? What museums??? Do they mean pot shops on every block??? See the museums of different types of marijuana??
What in the world are they talking about??? And vineyards as far as the eye can see? Balderdash. It’s pot fields that smell like skunks anywhere and everywhere you go. Come on Google, why are you feeding people that are trying to find out the real information such bad and inaccurate misinformation??? Why????
The vineyards will die off. Yep, no more great California wine. There is no water, but there are fires and smoke, and the water is incredibly polluted due to the huge homeless population using the lakes and rivers and waterways as a toilet.
Geez, these are certainly all of the exact elements necessary for good g****s to produce great wine. Huh??? Check it out. Look at the huge volume of DUI’s, overdoses and arson incidents. How about people running around naked in the middle of the streets? How about people defecating right in front of business’s doorsteps?
Wow, what a great place to visit or live!! NOT!!
Here’s the truth, right from the crime reports in the paper. And I quote.
“Three airlifted to hospital after suspected drug lab explosion in Ukiah RV park. Man, two children suffer significant burns”.
“MCSO: Ukiah man arrested after allegedly stabbing Chihuahua”.
“Chico woman arrested for allegedly molesting 12-year old girl”.
“MCSO: Man with 4-year old arrested for soliciting sex acts at Covelo hotel”.
“CHP: Men arrested for allegedly forcing teens to work at Mendocino County marijuana grow”.
“Small figure in downtown Ukiah mural repeatedly defaced, artist reports”.
“Fire near Ukiah hospital Monday declared to be arson”.
“Artwork defaced with Nazi symbols in downtown Ukiah”.
“Vehicle stolen in Ukiah with baby inside; Fresno woman arrested”.
“WPD: Men arrested with three pounds of meth, pot in vehicle”.
“Fire that threatened Ukiah’s eastern hills Wednesday declared to be arson”.
“Ukiah Police responded to an alarming amount of arson fires in 2020”.
SO…., these headlines were in the local paper just within the past few months, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
And why have I posted this? Because what few positive things that you may see online about this place, is a bunch of crap. Here’s more headlines from the local paper.
“Two arson fires set in Ukiah in the past five days”.
“Suspected arson fire burns railroad trestle in Ukiah Tuesday”.
“Ukiah man arrested for arson in connection with fire at Redwood Tree gas station.
“Arson suspected in fire near Norgard Lane in Ukiah Wednesday”.
“MCSO: String of fires set in south end of Ukiah Wednesday”.
“Arson fire burns shed behind Ukiah Natural Foods early Thursday”.
“Assignment: Ukiah- Perfect weather for arsonists”.

If you believe this, you are being conned, unless you feel that graffiti and litter and empty drug needles are some form of artwork!!!!
UKIAH IS A PLACE TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I KNOW!!! I lived there, and it is not a place for anyone that has any interest in a life without HUGE DAILY PROBLEMS, and those problems may and probably will impact you, and not in a good way. Do your homework. Do your research.
Ukiah is a turd in the bowels of the worst of humanity.
It is a place to avoid at all costs!!! Museums?? LOL. Hardly. If it wasn’t so pathetic, it would be funny.
BUT IT ISN’T!!!!!!!!!! IT’S FOR REAL!!!!!!! SO PAY ATTENTION!!!!!!!!
And, it is quite sad, but exactly as I am posting this, many houses are on fire, and at least 10 have burned down in the past 3 days supposedly due to a homeless fire. Sad, sad sad, but it is simply not possible that the citizens and government officials could not have known that this would happen. I did. This is exactly why we moved over a year ago.
Our hearts go out to those that lost their homes in the past 3 days due to fires that were apparently started by some homeless. You are in our prayers!! So very very sad, but not unexpected whatsoever. Not whatsoever. And don't say that I didn't warn you. Because I did!!!!!!!!! Over and over and over again!!!!! But did you listen??????????????????? NOI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
